Aidealy is committed to making its products accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every developer, administrator and visitor - whatever tools or assistive technologies they use - to be able to perceive, understand, navigate and interact with Aidealy. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as part of how we build, not a one-time exercise.
This is a single, organisation-level statement: it covers everything Aidealy offers - our marketing website, our product platform, and our IDE extension - in one place.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the internationally recognised standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 is the current W3C Recommendation and the latest stable version of the guidelines; Level AA is the level organisations are most commonly expected to meet.
For procurement and security teams evaluating us: WCAG 2.2 Level AA builds on the earlier WCAG versions referenced by the standards used in public-sector procurement - the Revised Section 508 Standards (which incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level AA in the United States) and EN 301 549 (which incorporates WCAG 2.1 in the European Union). By targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA we work to the most recent of these. Aidealy is a business-to-business product and does not currently sell to public-sector bodies, so we adopt this standard voluntarily rather than under a procurement mandate.
We design, build and test Aidealy to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Our public marketing website is built and tested to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We check it on every change with automated accessibility testing - our most recent full-site check found no issues on any page - and we have carried out a manual review covering keyboard operation, screen-reader use, zoom and reflow, and contrast. As with any website, despite our efforts some content may not always be fully accessible to everyone; if you come across a barrier, please tell us (see Feedback and contact below) and we will work to put it right.
Our product platform is being brought to the same standard, and we are extending this testing to it. For our IDE extension, core accessibility is provided by the host editor and we work to the same standard for the parts we build, as described in What this statement covers below.
We keep this statement up to date as our products and their accessibility change.
Aidealy has three surfaces. This statement applies to all of them; our accessibility approach differs slightly for the IDE extension, which runs inside another vendor's editor.
| Surface | What it is | Our accessibility approach |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing website (aidealy.ai) | Our public website. | We design and control it, and we work to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. |
| Product platform (admin + chat) | The Aidealy web application - administration and the chat product, which are one platform. | We design and control it, and we work to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. |
| IDE extension (VS Code / Cursor) | Our extension, which runs inside your code editor. | We work to WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the parts we build (our own panels and views). Core editor accessibility - keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, text zoom and high-contrast themes - is provided by the host editor (VS Code / Cursor), and we build to work within it. |
For the IDE extension, some accessibility behaviour depends on your editor and its settings. If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology with VS Code or Cursor, those editors publish their own accessibility documentation and settings, which apply alongside this statement.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As with any product, some content may not always be fully accessible to everyone, and we keep working to improve it. If you come across a barrier anywhere in Aidealy, please tell us (see below) - your report helps us fix it quickly.
As an Israeli company, Aidealy is subject to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. Regulation 35 of those regulations requires internet services offered to the public in Israel to conform to Israeli Standard 5568 (which adopts WCAG at Level AA, with limited national deviations) - a binding statutory duty, not a voluntary code. Aidealy is presently within a small-business exemption from that mandatory conformance duty in those regulations. We do not treat that exemption as our accessibility posture: we design this website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA (which encompasses the IS 5568 baseline), we publish this statement even while exempt, and we will bring the site into audited conformance on the timetable in Conformance reports below - and in any event before the exemption lapses. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact accessibility@aidealy.ai; we aim to acknowledge within 5 business days (above) and to resolve reported barriers well within the 60-day statutory cure window the regulations provide.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Aidealy. If you encounter a barrier, or need information or a feature in a different accessible format, please contact us:
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days, and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need and to prioritise fixing high-impact barriers.
We are producing formal, independently audited Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR / VPAT) as our audits complete, covering the marketing website and the product platform first - targeted within twelve months of the Service's general availability, and earlier where a customer engagement requires it. Once a surface's audit is complete, we will update the Conformance status section above, and a detailed ACR/VPAT for that surface can be requested by customers and prospective customers at accessibility@aidealy.ai. The ACR/VPAT is a separate document from this statement.
In the interim, procurement teams that need a conformance report before our formal audit completes can request a self-assessed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for our marketing website at accessibility@aidealy.ai. It is produced from the evidence described above together with our manual review, and it is clearly marked as self-assessed, not independently audited. It will be superseded by the audit-based ACR/VPAT as our formal audits complete.
